Your shutter speed is probably too slow. Try increase your ISO to 800 and your AV to f3.5 or smaller.Holding the camera as still as you can when you press the button will help too.Have a look here: http://www.photoxels.com/digital-photography-tutorials.html
i was hoping it was due to uploading rather than the photos!! kakakakakakakka... sigh... have to do tutorials....teng kiu for the tips though...
