gosh... if i'm a man, i would have just retreat into a cave in the remotest lands in sarawak and meditate. that would have been easier than being a man in places where are there are women. because then, due to basic instincts, i would then fall for one, and have to figure her out!! figure out what she's looking for, what she's thinking of...
then again, a man don't really have to figure the woman out. i suppose if it's that difficult, it's not meant to happen?? afterall, most of the men out there probably have not done so! or is still in the process of trying?? or have already figured out that it is never going to happen.. ?
or are there are men out there, who would like to claim to have figured us out?? :)

I hardly think so. Besides, it's not figuring out the women that solves whatever issues faced. It's figuring out what HE wants.
Afterall, would a woman want a man to change for her? Would a man want to change her? Would he change himself? There's no right answer to this. It's called free will.

a woman would not want a man to change just to please her. she would be more demanding. she would want the man to understand the reason why she would want him to change. she would want the man to then figure out whether he want the same. then she would want him to change because he wants it for himself as well... (provided he agrees with the reason)... not just for the sake of pleasing her. coz if so, that change would only be temporary. not only that, it can be a source of resentment.
i think it applies the other way round as well (if a man wants a woman to change)....
